

EXPERIENCE
Leonidas Prieto joined Prieto in 1996 and has been a partner in the Firm since 2008.
He works in the Tax Law department, counseling national and foreign clients on business reorganization, business structure planning and the resolution of disputes with tax authorities.
He earned his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1995. He earned a LL.M. at the University of Chicago in 2001 and completed a Master in Tax Law at the Universidad de Chile (2005-2006). He worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York (2001).
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
