Prieto advised SCL Energía Activa S.A., in the acquisition of Termocandelaria Power Limited (“TPL”) from TCP Energy International Inc. jointly with Moneda International Inc. and Vince Business Corp. each of the buyers acquired a 1/3 of TCP’s participation. (2015)
