Morales & Besa has helped US private equity fund Accel-KKR’s Chilean subsidiary acquire full ownership of Chilean technology services provider I-Mid for US$120 million.
CMS Carey & Allende advised the largest selling shareholder, technology company
Sonda. Cariola, Díez, Pérez-Cotapos and Prieto Abogados advised the two other selling shareholders; healthcare company Banmédica and investment company Inversiones La Construcción. The deal closed on 31 December.
