Vespucio Norte Express

Prieto advised Sociedad Concesionaria Vespucio Norte Express S.A. (AVN), a Chilean toll road concessionaire, in the negotiation of a UF 1,500,000 non-revolving credit facility (approximately US$60 million) granted by Banco Santander-Chile to finance the issuance of performance bonds within its project finance structure.
