Grupo Patio

Prieto advised Grupo Patio on the sale of the Hyatt Place Santiago Hotel and the real property on which it was located, in the district of Vitacura, for a total of US$17,000,000. The property was acquired by Talbot Hotels, a hospitality company that operates and manages hotels in Chile, Argentina and Peru, including hotels operated under licenses from well-known brands such as Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hyatt Centric in the region.

The property is a 4-star hotel with 14 floors and 160 rooms, comprising 10,600 m² of built area on a site with a total surface area of 2,639.5 m².
