Grupo Patio

Prieto advised Grupo Patio on the sale of the Hyatt Place Santiago Hotel and the real property on which it was located, in the district of Vitacura.

The property was acquired by Talbot Hotels, a hospitality company that operates and manages hotels in Chile, Argentina and Peru, including hotels operated under licenses from well-known brands such as Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hyatt Centric in the region. The property is a 4-star hotel with 14 floors and 160 rooms, comprising 10,600 m² of built area on a site with a total surface area of 2,639.5 m².
