Prieto advised the Chilean company Comercial IMG S.A.,a major retail company in the Chilean market which held the retail licenses of Marmot, Mammut and Andesgear, among others, in the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to another Chilean retailer, Comercial Madison S.A. The transaction, involved advising Comercial IMG in different areas, including the negotiations that lead to the drafting and execution of the Shares Purchase Agreement and other related contracts and the preparation of all relevant documents needed for the sale.
