Empresa portuaria Iquique

Prieto advised the state owned company Empresa Portuaria Iquique in the process conducted before the Competition Tribunal, in order to set the conditions under which the private concession of the exploitation of the Port Terminal N°1 of Iquique had to be granted by a public bidding process. It is currently advising such company throughout the bidding process. (2014)
