Josefina Olmedo is part of the Compliance and Criminal Law team.

She focuses her practice on compliance and anti-corruption, corporate criminal risk, and the criminal liability of legal entities.

She has actively participated in the design, implementation, and/or updating of crime prevention systems for various national and international companies, as well as in risk identification and assessment processes. Her practice has been centered on the preparation of crime prevention models, the development of risk matrices, and the drafting of internal corporate procedures.

Since 2023, she has served as an examiner at Lama & Riveros, contributing to the academic preparation of law students for their final degree examination, specifically in Civil Law and Procedural Law.

Josefina has been an associate at Prieto since 2023.
