Martín Brunner is part of the Criminal Law and Compliance team.
His practice extends to all areas of criminal law for crimes of diverse nature and complexity, and he also provides advice to different national and foreign companies during processes of identification and risk assessment, as well as in the design, implementation and/or updating of crime prevention systems.
He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating in 2023 with two votes of distinction, where he obtained a certificate of Specialization in Criminal Law. During his time at the University, he was an assistant professor of Labor Law, Substantive Criminal Law and Criminal Procedures.
During the second semester of the year 2023 and part of the first semester of 2024, he did his professional practice at the Public Criminal Defense Office.
From September 2023 to April 2025 he was an interrogator for the preparation of students for the Law Degree Examination at Abusleme&Pinto Abogados.
Martín has been an associate of Prieto since 2025.
