Priority Inversiones

Prieto advised Priority Inversiones S.A. in the sale of its stake in Hospital Clínico Viña del Mar S.A., the leading private hospital in the Valparaíso Region, to Redinterclínica S.A. The transaction involved the transfer of 87.01% of the company’s shares for a total consideration of $16,589,026,135, was approved without conditions by the Chilean Competition Authority (Fiscalía Nacional Económica or FNE), and included twelve additional selling shareholders. Prieto advised Priority throughout the due diligence process, the negotiation and preparation of the transaction documents, and the closing of the transaction.
