Prieto Abogados assisted the Chilean based company Tecnopass SpA in the due diligence, negotiation and drafting of the contracts that led to the acquisition of 40% of Skidata Chile SpA through a capital increase. Skidata Chile SpA is part of the Austrian Group Skidata, world leader in the parking, ski and people access solutions. (2017)
