EXPERIENCE
Alberto González Vidal joined Prieto in 2001 and has been a partner in the firm since 2012.
He heads the Dispute Resolution Department and has focused his practice in civil and commercial affairs. He also has experience in bankruptcies and insolvency proceedings and in alternative methods for dispute resolution.
Mr. González is a professor of Procedural Law at the Universidad de Los Andes. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
He studied law at the Universidad de Los Andes. He is a Master in Laws from the same university, in 2010.
Publications: In 2010 he published an article entitled “Conservational Measures as an Integral Part of the Attachment Structure” in the Chilean Law Review (volume 37, #1). In 2013, Mr. González published the article ‘The Need to Include the Procedural Institution called Adhesive Joinder Involvement’ in “Civil Justice: Perspective for the Reform in the Chilean Legislation” (Cuaderno de Extensión Jurídica de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de los Andes, N° 23).
