Isabel Margarita Wolleter is the head of the Capital Markets Department at Prieto.

She also has extensive experience in M&A and Banking and Finance practices, advising numerous clients in the Food, Retail, Energy, and Financial Services industries on their acquisition or sale processes and corporate financing transactions.

She has been recognized in international rankings as a leading partner in the Capital Markets area and has been particularly praised by her clients.

Between 2013 and 2014, she worked as foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, NY, USA.

Isabel Margarita joined Prieto in 2009 and has been a partner since 2022.
