Juan Pablo Correa develops his practice in Environmental and Regulatory Law of Natural Resources, Administrative Law and Urban Planning, as well as in Administrative and Judicial Litigation associated with these matters.

His practice focuses on advising industries associated to investment projects, such as Energy, Forestry, Mining, Agroindustry, Fish farming, and infrastructure projects; providing strategic and risk advice, associated to permits and regulations applicable to investment projects, with specialization in environmental assessment, waste and valorization, and sustainable development.

Juan Pablo joined Prieto in 2024. Previously, he served as an Instructor Prosecutor in the Sanction and Compliance Division of the Superintendence of the Environment, between 2021 and 2024, serving during 2023 and 2024 as coordinator of one of the teams within the Division.
