Macarena Vinagre is a member of the firm’s Criminal Litigation and Compliance team.

She has experience in criminal litigation, representing companies and individuals in cases of varying nature and complexity. She has participated in hearings and trials before Preliminary Hearing Courts, Criminal Oral Trial Courts, and Superior Courts of Justice, acting as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.

Her practice focuses primarily on economic and property crimes, as well as complex investigations. She has also advised and represented companies, directors, and executives in criminal proceedings.

In addition, she has provided criminal law advice to companies in various industries, including automotive, telecommunications, retail, mining, and pension fund administrators.
