Tomás Oliger García is part of the Environmental and Regulatory team at the firm.

He provides legal counsel to various energy, mining, and infrastructure development projects for a diverse range of clients. His work focuses on comprehensive advisory services throughout the different stages of project development and operations, including the management of sector-specific permits, the design and monitoring of environmental assessment processes, and representation in administrative proceedings.

He also serves as a teaching assistant for the course on the History of Law and the History of Chilean Legal, Political, and Social Institutions at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Tomás joined Prieto in 2025.
