Violeta Ergas is an Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance team. She advises domestic and foreign clients, both lenders and borrowers, across all types of financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance, convertible debt, international debt issuances, and private debt structuring.

She has served as a Teaching Assistant for “Logic and Argumentation” at Universidad de los Andes.

Violeta joined Prieto in 2026.
