Benjamín Rillón is Counsel of the Firm’s Labour Litigation Practice.
He is a member of the Labor and Immigration team. He advises domestic and foreign clients on labor and social security matters, both in individual and collective labor law, including collective bargaining processes, internal investigations, and training programs. Additionally, he supports the management of key Human Resources processes across a wide range of companies.
Benjamín joined Prieto in 2017.Between 2020 and 2022, he worked as a legislative advisor to the Legal-Legislative Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, actively participating in the legislative process of several bills related to the Labor and Social Security Ministry, as well as in the drafting and publication of regulations and decree. In 2024 he rejoined Prieto’s Labor team.
In 2023 he completed an internship as an international lawyer at GTA Villamagna in Spain, Madrid.
