Benjamín Rillón is an associate lawyer of Prieto.

He participates in the legal and judicial defense, of various clients of the firm in labor matters. He counsels national and international companies on labor and social security matters, in both individual and collective labor law. He also advises on social security and immigration matters.

In 2023 he completed an internship as an international lawyer at GTA Villamagna in Spain, Madrid.

He has been an associate of Prieto since 2024. Previously, he worked as a legislative advisor to the Legal-Legislative Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, between 2020 and 2022, actively participating in the legislative process of several bills related to the Labor and Social Security Ministry, as well as in the drafting and publication of regulations and decree. He was previously part of Prieto’s labor team between 2016 and 2020.
