Christian Von Bergen is the Head of the Labor Department at Prieto.

He counsels national and international clients on labor and social security matters, in both individual and collective labor law, and has participated in several collective bargaining processes. He activily participates in the judicial defense of its clients in labor matters.

He provides counsels in human resource administration and strategies to important companies engaged in the port, facilities management, mining, electricity, casinos and hotel business services. He is also actively involved in labor litigation before the Oral Labor Courts and the nation’s regular courts involving oversight of the violation of fundamental rights, anti-union practices, employee immunity and industrial hygiene and safety, among other matters that are highly complex in our law.

He has been recognized in international rankings as a leading partner in the Labour and Employment area and has been particularly praised by his clients.

Christian joined Prieto in 2008 and has been partner since 2012.
