Cristóbal Jiménez is part of the dispute resolution team at Prieto and counsel at the cross-border litigation and international arbitration department.

He has been actively involved in the defense of different clients in litigation and arbitration cases, both domestic and international, including multiple industries, such as: Energy and Natural Resources; Real Estate and Construction; Insurance and Reinsurance; Consumer and Retail; Transport; among others.

His practice encompasses shareholders´ disputes, boundary disputes, cost overruns in construction, and has participated in arbitration under the rules of CAM Santiago, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and eDiscovery proceedings before the High Court of London.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the dispute resolution team at Prieto (2014-2021); at the litigation and arbitration boutique law firm Humphries Kerstetter LLP (2022-2023); and as a director in the dispute resolution department at PAGBAM-Schwencke (2023-2025). He rejoined Prieto in 2025 as counsel.
