Cristóbal Silva is part of the firm’s Labor and Immigration Law team.

He advises domestic and foreign clients on labor matters, both in individual and collective labor law, and participates in the defense and judicial management of various labor matters, representing domestic and multinational clients in sectors such as mining, food and services, ports, retail, hospitality, real estate, and construction, among others.

Cristóbal joined Prieto in 2026. Between 2021 and 2022, he worked as a legislative advisor in the Legal-Legislative Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, participating in the processing of various bills, as well as in the drafting and publication of regulations and decrees. Then, between 2023 and 2026, he worked at the GNP Canales law firm, providing comprehensive labor advice to companies and defending them in labor lawsuits.
