María Emilia Papic is an associate in the Investment Funds, Insurance and Reinsurance practice group.

Her practice focuses on providing legal counsel to individuals and companies, both domestic and foreign, in connection with the formation of public and private investment funds, as well as the formation and management of domestic and foreign private equity funds (limited partnerships).

In the Insurance and Reinsurance area, she advises leading insurance companies in Chile and foreign reinsurance companies on regulatory compliance matters before the Financial Market Comission.

Emilia joined Prieto in 2025.
