Emilio Del Real is a Counsel of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Projects and Infrastructure groups of Prieto. 

He has focused his work in advising major national and international players in the Energy, Infrastructure, Mining and Desalination industries in all kinds of large-scale projects, accumulating an important track record in the structuring, bidding and negotiation of BOO, BOOT, EPC, BoP, O&M contracts, among others, as well as in the structuring and execution of project financings, advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors during such financing.

Furthermore, his experience has led him to actively participate in significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions of companies in diverse areas, including Energy, Sanitary Services, Infrastructure, among others.

He worked as an international associate at Holland & Knight in Miami between 2023 and 2024.

Emilio Del Real joined Prieto in 2017.
