José Minoletti is part of Prieto’s Data Protection and Cybersecurity team.

His work focuses on projects related to the implementation of the new data protection regulations, cybersecurity, and other rules associated with information and technology management. He advises companies on the design and implementation of compliance strategies, supporting them in process mapping, policy adaptation, contract review, and the drafting of legal documents. His work aims to strengthen organizations’ positions in the face of current legal and technological challenges, providing comprehensive and strategic counsel.

José has been an associate at Prieto since 2025.
