Kilian Vargas is part of the Labor Law and Personal Data Protection teams.
He advises both domestic and international clients on labor-related matters, including individual and collective labor law, as well as social security issues. Additionally, he participates in the judicial defense of the firm’s clients across various industries, such as Mining, Ports, Consumer goods and Retail, Energy, Technology and Media, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Construction, among others.
Furthermore, he provides counsel on personal data protection and artificial intelligence (AI) regulations to clients in the Financial Services, Water Utilities, and Technology sectors.
In 2024, he has also served as an advisor on the subcommittees for “Movements: New Forms of Employment and Social Protection” and “General and Generative AI” within the Future Commission of the Senate of the Republic.
Kilian Vargas joined Prieto in 2019.
