Nicolás Yuraszeck is one of the Heads of the Projects and Infrastructure Department at Prieto.

His work has specialized in Project Development, Financing, and M&A related to the Infrastructure, Energy, Desalination, and Mining industries, accumulating significant experience in bidding processes and the negotiation of PPP, BOT, BOO, EPC, BoP, and O&M contracts. He is also recognized for his expertise in tax law and finance, supported by his postgraduate studies.

Nicolás Yuraszeck is a frequent speaker at various conferences related to the Energy and Infrastructure industries. He also writes on new developments in Project Development and Construction, with his articles published in American Bar Association Newsletter, Legal Industry Reviews, among others.

Nicolás Yuraszeck has been recognized in multiple international rankings as a leading partner in the Projects area and has been particularly praised by his clients.

Between 2016 and 2017, he worked as an international associate at CMS (London) and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton (London), respectively.
