He studied  a Diploma in Economic Criminal Law at the Catholic University (2021) and in 2022 he completed a Diploma in Corporate Governance and Compliance at the University of Chile.

EXPERIENCE

Vicente Tapia has been an associate of Prieto since June 2022 and is part of the Antitrust and Insolvency and Reorganization teams of the Firm.

He was a trial lawyer at Grupo Alto (2018) and at De la Horra y Cía. (2017-2019). Before joining Prieto, between 2019 and 2022, he was part of the Legal Affairs Sub-Management at Australis Seafoods, as a corporate and compliance attorney.

He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, where he graduated in 2016. He was an assistant in Civil Procedural Law at the same university in 2014.
