Eduardo Larraín specializes in corporate law, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity.

His professional practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and company law advice to domestic and international clients, including corporate governance and strategy, corporate management, the design of corporate structures, and the negotiation and drafting of contracts.

He also focuses his practice on Capital Markets, advising domestic and foreign clients on debt issuance processes, securities regulation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment funds.

Eduardo also has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity transactions, advising domestic and international companies, investors, and investment funds on financing rounds, investment structuring, and the negotiation of agreements related to the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

Eduardo joined Prieto in 2026. He previously worked as an associate in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity at Guerrero Olivos (2022–2026).
