Catalina Parra is part of the Antitrust team.

She advises national and international clients in investigations related to unilateral conduct and cartels before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, as well as in merger notification procedures. Additionally, she represents clients before the Competition Tribunal in contentious and non-contentious proceedings, as well as in claims for damages arising from infringements of DL° 211, in complex and highly regulated industries. She provides compliance advisory services in Antitrust matters and participates in the preparation of specialized legal reports in various markets, such as payment methods, digital platforms, telecommunications, and energy.

During 2024, she was a lecturer for the course “Forensic Skills: Case Resolution System” at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Previously, she served as a teaching assistant for the courses Antitrust Law, Family Law, Punitive Power, Literature, and Argumentative Writing at the same university.

In 2023, she was a speaker on the team representing Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez at the Antitrust Moot Court in Lima, Peru. In 2024, she took on the role of coach for that team.

Catalina has been an associate at Prieto since 2025. Previously, she worked as an associate at Maira Vial Abogados, and in 2022, she participated in Prieto’s internship program.
