Catalina Urbina is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Law team.
Catalina advises clients on the development of real estate, residential, commercial, and industrial projects through comprehensive counsel on title and corporate matters, land acquisition, environmental impact studies, construction-related issues, permit processing and regulatory matters, financing, and sales processes, complemented by her experience in Corporate, Civil, Consumer, and Administrative Law.
Catalina served as a teaching assistant for Criminal Law at the Universidad de los Andes for two years.
