Tomás Larrain is part of the Tax Law team at the firm. He also has experience in Corporate, Judicial, and Indigenous law matters.

Tomás provides specialized advice to charitable and non-profit organization on the various tax aspects involved in their incorporation, daily operations, and fundraising. He also advises companies and family offices on the development of social or environmental impact projects. Additionally, he offers counsel to national and international clients in their day-to-day business operations, in tax litigation before specialized courts, and in estate planning.

He has been an associate at the firm since 2019. Before joining Prieto, he worked as an associate at Gómez & Riesco Abogados (2017-2019) and as a project director at Fundación de Desarrollo Social y Cultural Aitue (2018-2019).
