CONSTANZA MORENO A.
Associate
Constanza Moreno is part of the Antitrust and Competition, and Insolvency and Restructuring teams.
Her practice focuses on Antitrust and Competition, including cartel investigations, unilateral conduct cases, and merger control processes before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, as well as contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Competition Tribunal. Additionally, she has experience advising clients from various industries on financial restructurings and bankruptcy liquidations, representing both creditors and debtors in the country’s most prominent cases over the past year.
Since 2023, she has been teaching History of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Previously, she also served as a teaching assistant for the courses of Procedural Law, History of Law, and Constitutional Law at the same institution.
She joined Prieto in 2023. Prior to that, she worked as a litigation and arbitration associate at Jara del Favero.
