EXPERIENCE

José María has been an associate lawyer from Prieto since 2022. He is part of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Projects and Infrastructure team.

He studied law at Universidad del Desarrollo, earning his law degree summa cum laude in 2019. He was assistant professor of Civil Law and Oral and Written expression at Universidad del Desarrollo.

Before joining Prieto, he worked as associate lawyer on corporate team at dnpv Abogados, and previously as corporate paralegal at Eluchans Abogados.
