EXPERIENCE
Kilian Vargas has been an associate of Prieto since July 2019.
He is part of the Labor Law and Immigration team.
He is involved in litigation before Oral Labor Courts representing clients in labor matters, and also advices both national and foreign companies in both individual and collective law. At the same time, he is active in the areas of social security and immigration.
In 2018, he earned his law degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and he specialized in Labor Law and Social Security. In 2017, he obtained a Diploma in Labor Law with a mention in Collective Bargaining, then in 2022 he took the Diploma in Law and Artificial Intelligence at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Since 2015 he has been a teacher assistant of Labor Law for undergraduate and graduate courses at the same university.
