Benjamín Vicuña is part of the Real Estate and Corporate Law team at the firm.

Benjamín advises his clients in the development of real estate projects—residential, commercial, and industrial—by providing comprehensive advice on title studies, land acquisition, environmental impact studies, construction-related matters, permit processing, regulatory aspects, financing, and sales processes, complemented by his experience in Telecommunications, Corporate Law, and Consumer.

Benjamín has been an associate at Prieto since 2022.
