Andrés Laymuns is Counsel of the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions team at the Firm,

He also has experience in project financing and infrastructure project development, especially in renewable energy, green hydrogen and mining.

Andrés has worked advising national and international clients across a wide range of industries, including

Renewable Energy, Mining, Food, and Retail. Additionally, his experience includes managing sustainable development projects, particularly those related to emerging technologies such as green hydrogen, contributing to the implementation of innovative and environmentally responsible solutions.

Recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Andrés joined Prieto in 2013. Between 2021 and 2022 he worked as Legal Counsel – Commercial & Innovation at Anglo American. In 2022 he rejoined Prieto where he has been Counsel since 2024.
